FLIR Ex-series cameras are point-and-shoot thermal imaging cameras that give you access to a new dimension. A FLIR Ex-series camera is an affordable replacement for a spot pyrometer. It provides a thermal image with temperature information on every pixel. The combined image storage of the new MSX®, thermal and visual formats make the camera incomparably easy to use.

Onlangs heb ik Sensor BV benaderd voor een infrarood camera en hen een bezoek gebracht. In eerste instantie had ik een andere camera (de FLIR C2) in gedachten echter na een zeer goede uitleg en de vraag waarvoor ik de camera nodig had (o.a. vloerverwarming en koudebruggen) heb ik toch voor een andere camera gekozen, de FLIR E5, welke een scherper beeld geeft en meer mogelijkheden heeft. De FLIR E5 camera heb ik inmiddels diverse malen gebruikt. Ik moet zeggen met resultaten welke ver boven verwachting lagen. Ik ben dan ook zeer tevreden.
Ook de opvolging bij vragen na aankoop worden goed opgevolgd en men neemt de tijd om je vragen te beantwoorden. Een dikke 10 voor Sensor BV en de heer van Sambeek welke mij perfect geholpen heeft.

Ik had de FLIR E4 en E5 op de beurs gezien en zodoende goed kunnen vergelijken, maar die E5 heeft toch net even een beter beeld. In mijn ogen het extra geld wel waard. Hoofdzakelijk gebruik ik de camera om isolatieproblemen op te sporen.
