Reliable thermal image

The B20S is equipped with a sensitive VOx detector (NETD < 40 mK) and a thermal resolution of 256 × 192 pixels (49,152 pixels). Thanks to HIKMICRO SuperIR image processing, thermal images are displayed sharply with clear temperature differences and minimal noise.

Four different display modes

The B20S has four display modes, allowing you to always choose the right image display for your application:

• Thermal mode – shows only the thermal image for maximum focus on temperature differences

• Visual mode – shows the visual image for easy recognition of objects and situations

• Fusion mode – combines the thermal and visual image for better context and interpretation

• PIP (Picture-in-Picture) – displays a thermal image window over the visual image for extra detail at specific measurement points

These modes make the B20S very versatile and suitable for a wide variety of inspections.

Transfer images to phone and PC

The HIKMICRO B21LS makes it easy to transfer captured thermal and visual images to other devices. The USB port allows you to quickly copy images to a PC or laptop for further analysis, archiving, or reporting. Combined with the HIKMICRO Analyzer software, you can clearly process and share inspection results. The HIKMICRO Viewer app also allows you to transfer images to your phone.

Hot spot, cold spot and center spot measurements

The HIKMICRO B20S supports automatic hot spot, cold spot, and center spot measurements. This allows you to see at a glance:

• the hottest spot

• the coldest point (cold spot)

• the temperature in the center of the image (center spot)

This makes it easy to quickly detect deviations, overheating or cold bridges without manual settings.
