The FLIR Si2‑PD is an industrial acoustic imaging camera that can detect, locate, classify, and assess partial discharge (PD) faults up to 200 m (656 ft) away. This camera can detect PDs up to 30 times smaller than what older systems could pick up, which is crucial for preventative maintenance and preventing defects or failures.
