The FALCON FQ50 2.0 thermal night vision monocular features an advanced 640 × 512-pixel thermal imaging sensor and a bright 1920 × 1080 OLED display. Thanks to its powerful 50mm lens and NETD of <15 mK, it delivers exceptional image quality, even in the most challenging weather conditions.

The FALCON FQ50 2.0 supports various functions such as distance measurement, image and video storage, and Wi-Fi connectivity for live streaming or image sharing via the HIKMICRO Sight app.

The innovative Shutterless Image System (HSIS)* technology delivers smooth, uninterrupted footage, helping you stay focused during crucial moments. In addition, the enhanced Image Pro 3.0 algorithm helps you easily acquire your target and delivers optimized detail for both the target and the background at all distances, while the Zoom Pro algorithm preserves detail.

Differences between the FQ50 2.0 and FQ50L 2.0

While the FQ50 2.0 and FQ50L 2.0 largely offer the same high-end thermal performance and image quality (such as a 640×512 sensor, 50mm lens and detection range of up to approximately 2600m), the key difference lies in the “L” variant’s additional functionality: the laser rangefinder (LRF).

Built-in laser rangefinder for maximum precision

The key distinguishing feature of the HIKMICRO FALCON FQ50L 2.0 is its integrated laser rangefinder (LRF). This allows you to accurately measure the distance to the target, up to approximately 1000 meters, with high measurement accuracy.

This feature is particularly valuable in situations where accurate distance determination is essential, such as hunting, pest control, or tactical observation. The distance measurement is displayed directly on the screen, without compromising clarity or ease of use.

Laser Rangefinder (only with FQ50L 2.0)

• The FQ50L 2.0 has a built-in laser rangefinder (LRF), which allows you to accurately measure the distance to the target — up to approximately 1000 m with an accuracy of around ±1 m.

• This is especially useful for precision applications such as close range shooting, hunting and professional observation, where exact range makes a big difference.

What exactly does a Laser Rangefinder (LRF) do?

• The device emits a laser beam at the target
• The laser beam reflects back to the device's sensor
• Based on the time it takes for the laser beam to travel there and back, the night vision device calculates the distance to the target.
• Advantage: You know exactly how far away an object, animal or location is.
